草果知母汤对癫痫大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨草果知母汤的抗痫作用机理。方法:应用高效液相色谱—电化学检测法,观察草果知母汤对戊四唑(PTZ)诱导癫痫大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质含量的影响。结果:草果知母汤能明显降低 PTZ致痫大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质的含量,并对癫痫发作有良好的拮抗作用。结论:草果知母汤的抗痫作用可能与减少癫痫大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质的释放,从而提高惊厥域值有关。Objective:To explore the mechanism of anti-epileptic effect of Tsaoko-Anemarrhenae decoction(TAD).Methods:The pentylenetetrazol(PTZ)induced Sprague-Dawley rats were sdected as animal epileptic model.The effect of TAD on the content of monoamines(MA)neurotransmitter was observed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results:The TAD could markedly lower the content of MA neurotransmitter,indicating a better anti-epileptic effect.Conclusion:The mechanism of anti-epilep- tic effect of TAD possibly is ...
