丹参肺动脉灌注防治体外循环未成熟犬急性肺损伤的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:了解丹参肺动脉灌注对体外循环(CPB)未成熟犬肺的保护作用。方法:实验用幼犬(<30天)18只,随机分为3组:CPB 对照组、CPB 肺动脉单纯灌注组及 CPB 肺动脉丹参灌注组。阻断60min、再灌注60 min 后取肺组织标本,分别采用髓过氧化酶法、硫代巴比妥酸法测定肺组织髓过氧化物酶(MPO)和丙二醛(MDA)含量,同时测定肺组织含水量,并进行肺组织显微结构观察。结果:丹参灌注组 MPO和 MDA 均较单纯灌注组明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),肺组织含水量降低(P<0.05)。同时发现丹参灌注组肺组织内白细胞浸润及水肿较单纯灌注组减轻。结论:丹参肺动脉灌注可减轻体外循环未成熟犬肺急性肺损伤。Objective:To study the effect of pulmonary arterial perfusion Salvia in protecting acute lung injury caused by cardiopulmonary by- pass(CPB)in immature dog.Methods:Immature dogs of one month age(N=18)were randomly divided into 3 groups,the CPB group (treated with CPB alone),the perfusion group(treated with CPB and perfused with lung preservation solution)and the Salvia group (treated with CPB and perfused with Salvia solution).sample of lung tissue was taken out after artery being blocked for 60 min and rep...
