复方麻辛酊离子导入调节哮喘豚鼠免疫机制的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方麻辛酊敷贴离子导入疗法对哮喘豚鼠免疫机制的影响。方法:用复方麻辛酊敷贴离子导入疗法对哮喘豚鼠进行治疗,并与正常组、模型组、离子导入组、敷贴组、口服组、西药组相比较,观察各组动物肺组织环腺核苷酸(cAMP)、环鸟核苷酸(cGMP)、β受体及血浆白介素-2(IL-2)含量的变化。结果:模型组 cAMP、cAMP/cGMP、β受体含量及血浆 IL-2含量较正常组明显降低(P<0.01),治疗组、敷贴组、口服组肺组织 cAMP、cAMP/cGMP、β受体含量、治疗组血浆 IL-2含量均较模型组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:复方麻辛酊敷贴离子导入疗法能显著提高哮喘豚鼠的免疫功能。Objective:To observe the effect of composite Maxin tincture by external applying and electrophoresis on immune mechanism of asthma in guinea-pigs.Methods:The guinea-pigs in the treated group were treated with composite Maxin tincture by external applying and electrophoresis.The changes of cAMP,cGMP and β-receptor in lung tissue and serum levels of interleukin 2(IL-2)were observed and compared with those in the control groups,including the normal control group,model group,and the groups treated with elec- tr...
