用差热分析法测定固体药物马来酸罗格列酮热降解稳定性

摘  要:采用差热分析 (DTA)的方法研究了固体药物马来酸罗格列酮的分解反应动力学 ,用Kissinger方程计算求得该药物的热分解动力学参数。结果得到马来酸罗格列酮的热分解反应级数为一级 ;热分解反应活化能E为 12 7 7kJ/mol;频率因子A为 2 0 4× 10 8S- 1 ;相关系数为 0 992 5。The thermal decomposition kinetics of rosiglitazone maleate was studied by the technique of differential thermal analysis.The kinetic parameters of thermal decomposition of rosiglitazone maleate were calculated by the Kissinger s equations. The results were in good agreement. The reaction order of thermal decomposition was the first.The activation energy(E),frequency factor (A) and the correlated coefficient of kinetic equation were 127.7 kJ/mol,2.04×10 8S -1 and 0.992 5 respectively.
