摘　　要：应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对慢性前列腺炎患者可能存在的精神心理异常进行评估以探讨精神心理因素在该病发病机制中的作用,认识心理护理的必要性,提高治疗效果。对30例慢性前列腺炎住院患者给予问卷式调查,同期随机选取30例非慢性前列腺炎住院患者进行相同调查,将评分结果进行对比分析。结果显示慢性前列腺炎患者的躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、偏执及精神病性因子的评分均高于对照组,并有显著性或极显著性差异。提示慢性前列腺炎患者较其他患者存在明显精神心理异常,这可能是其难治性重要原因之一。To investigate the possible psychological disorders in chronic prostatitis patients by SymptomCheck List 90(SCL-90)inventory,psychological nursery is necssary for better therapeutic result. 30 cases chronicprostatitis patients are included by the SCL-90 inventory, and 30 in-patients other than chronic prostatitis areinluded as the contrast at the same time.
