摘　　要：为观察冠脉支架治疗缺血性心肌病心功能不全的临床效果,将68例患者随机分为两组。一组行冠脉支架治疗加适量药物;另一组单纯药物保守治疗。结果显示支架组在症状体征改善、LVEF的提高、1年内再次入院及随访中的心脏原因病死率等方面与单纯药物治疗组有较显著的差异。To investigate the effects of coronary stents in the treatment of cardiac dysfunction in patientswith ischemic cardiomyopathy. 2 groups of patients were observed.
