摘　　要：采用自制的新型侧脑室引流装置(对传统侧脑室引流方法的穿刺部位、固定方式进行了改进),治疗25例结核性脑膜炎并脑积水,结果发现该装置易于固定,置管时间14～36天,未发生脱管及脑脊液外渗。认为该引流装置易于固定,血性脑脊液发生率低,并可适当延长置管时间,对患者损伤小。25 cases of tubercular meningitis complicated with cerebral hydrocephalus were treated byimproved drainage device in which the puncture site and the fixed-method were changed. The results showed thatthe new device was so easy to be fixed that no tube moved out, no cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) transudationoccurred,and it could be maintained for 14 to 36 days.
