摘　　要：为提高围绝经期妇女的生活质量,对420例围绝经期妇女更年期相关知识及应对方法的掌握情况进行了调查。采用调查与访谈相结合的方法,制定统一的问卷调查表。由调查者讲明问卷中的各项内容及要求后,调查对象逐项填写,当场收回。结果显示调查对象更年期相关知识主要来源于朋友,对更年期关心程度较高;但对更年期认识不足、应对方法不良的现象较为善遍。临床医务工作者应进一步探讨健康教育方法,加强更年期相关知识的普及教育。To reseach perimenopausal women s perimenopausal knowledge. The pathways of acquiringpeimenopausal knowledge and the response measures to the perimenopausal period were observed. The self-designed questionnaires were repeatedly modified by experienced professors,and proved to be feasible by pre-survey.
