水资源全流域管理模式研究

摘　　要：水资源管理在社会经济发展中具有举足轻重的作用。本文通过分析国外流域管理的先进经验及发展趋势 ,结合我国实际 ,提出水资源全流域统一管理的模式 。Water resources management is playing a very important role in social and economical development. After combining the advanced experience and development trend of foreign countries with the actual situation in China in catchment management, Unified Total Catchment Management was proposed as to water resources. And it has been emphasized that as to adopt this new system is the only way in water resources management in China.
