高校毕业生到农村从教问题探析

摘　　要：广东省从2008年起在全国率先实行高校毕业生到农村从教上岗退费政策。这一政策的实施有利于加强农村教师队伍建设,促进教育均衡发展,加快社会主义新农村建设。然而,一些高校毕业生对到农村从教存在消极心理,这显然不利于新农村建设。文章分析了产生这种消极心理产生的原因并提出若干对策。Guangdong Province implemented the refund policy for the college graduates teaching in rural areas in 2008.The implementation of this policy is conducive to strengthening the contingent of teachers in rural areas,promote the balanced development of education,and accelerate the building of new socialist countryside.However,some college graduates exists negative psychology to teaching in rural areas.
