摘　　要："七七事变"以后,日军封锁中国东南沿海,滇越铁路成为国际援华物资的主要运输线。按照战前中法两国达成的协议,中国有权借道滇越铁路转送物资。然而,在日本法西斯的淫威面前,法国为其在远东利益考量,漠视中国借道滇越铁路运输,中国政府为此与法方展开一番艰苦交涉。After the incident on July 7,1937,the Japanese blockaded the coastal region of southeastern China.And the Yunnan-Vietnam railway became the main transportation network of International Aid Projects for China.According to the prewar negotiated agreement between Sino-French,China owned the right to send the materials via Yunnan-Vietnam railway.However,in front of the despotic power of Japanese Fascist,French considered the interests in the Far East and ignored the transportation of China railway via Yunnan-Vi...
