摘　　要：叙述了1种毫米波行波管发射机的设计方法和工作特点。介绍了其频带宽、增益高、体积小、重量轻等特性;对宽带毫米波栅控行波管的管体特性、高压电源小体积高压整流电路、栅控调制器波形参数和打火保护的设计进行了详细说明;最后给出了发射机的测试结果和测试照片。A kind of millimeter-wave transmitter using Traveling-wave Tube(TWT) is introduced in this paper.Its characteristics are presented too,such as broad band,high gain,small size and light weight.This paper describes an approach to design the broad band millimeter-wave transmitter.The structure of high-voltage power supply small size high-voltage rectifier circuit,gated modulator waveform and arc protection circuit are described,and the use of millimeter-wave TWT is described too.Finally,the results of testing ...
