摘　　要：针对铸铁烘缸的超声波检测特点,提出了检测方案。制作了ZGZ系列双晶探头用试块、长横孔试块、烘缸长横孔对比试块和烘缸切槽对比试块。使用不同探头在试块上进行了灵敏度测试校验。试验表明,采用小角度纵波双晶探头可检测3mm当量直径的体积形缺陷,采用大角度纵波双晶探头可检测筒体及大曲率过渡区2mm深裂纹类面状缺陷。工程应用实例验证了铸铁烘缸超声波检测的可行性和有效性。In connection with the ultrasonic examination characteristics for cast iron dryers,the scan plan to solve the ultrasonic examination of cast iron dryers was provided.The ZGZ series test-piece for double crystal sensor,the test-piece of the long horizontal bores,the contrast test-piece of the long horizontal bores and the contrast slot test-piece of the dryer were manufactured.The small angle double crystal longitudinal wave sensor could examine the volume defects of  3 mm equivalent diameters,and the big a...
