摘　　要：20多年来,中国共产党领导的建设有中国特色社会主义实践,取得了举世瞩目和令人信服的伟大胜利。在此基础上,科学社会主义的理论有空前的创新。其中有三个新的突破性发展:一是突破了过渡时期短暂论,代之以社会主义初级阶段论;二是突破了单纯计划经济论,代之以社会主义市场经济论;三是突破了社会主义运动国际统一论,代之以各国特色论。On the basis of the achievements of Chinese socialist construction in the past 20 years, the theory of the scientific socialism has made three new breakthroughs.
