摘　　要：在清华大学建设世界一流大学的战略规划下，努力搞好辅导员队伍建设已成为一件非常重要的任务。本文从三方面叙述了加强政治辅导员队伍建设的意义，也指出了新形势下清华大学辅导员队伍建设中面临的一些新情况、新问题，结合清华大学政治辅导员工作的实际情况，提出了一些加强辅导员队伍建设的建议。According to the programming of building Tsinghua University into the top level university, well taking the troop of politics counselors becomes a very important task. This paper puts out the significance of strengthening the troop of politics counselor in three hands.
