摘　　要：毕业生的就业状况直接反映一个学校的人才培养质量和办学效益，日渐引起全社会的关注。本文从我国高校毕业生分配及就业制度的沿革着眼，重点对清华大学近三年的就业改革实践进行总结，归纳了成立就业中心、建设良好的硬件环境、开发快捷高效的软件系统、理顺工作体制、建设高水平的工作队伍共五个方面，并对新一轮就业改革的成效给予客观评价，最后为建立完善的毕业生就业制度指出了努力方向。The situation of graduate career, which comes to arouse social attention, directly reflects the quality of the university education.
