摘　　要：人民警察的民事经济法律素质包括在民事经济法律方面有明确的意识、合理的知识结构、正确的思维方式。提高人民警察的民事经济法律素质能使之准确辨析经济犯罪、正确处理民事经济纠纷、提高为人民服务的能力。可以通过对在职民警进行民事经济法律的轮训、改善公安院校民事经济法律的教学、在公安机关设立专门的业务指导部门等多种方法 ,提高人民警察的民事经济法律素质。People s Polices civil and economic law qunlifications,including vivid conscionsness on civil and economic law. Proper knowledge strncture as well as reasonable thinking style plays an important role in rightly treating economic crime, dealing wth civil and economic dispute, improving ability of serving people.
