摘　　要：目的:探讨钢丝环扎辅助内固定对骨折愈合的影响,提高骨折治疗安全性和稳定性。方法:2000年至2007年我院共收治有77例钢丝环扎辅助内固定患者。男48例,女29例,年龄1.5岁～78岁。股骨干骨折26例,胫骨30例,肱骨干12例,尺骨6例,桡骨3例,粉碎性骨折行钢板或髓内针内固定辅以钢丝环扎固定65例,大螺旋形或长斜形骨折行螺丝钉辅以钢丝环扎内固定12例;同期行钢板或髓内针固定205例。结果:采用AO组织骨折愈合标准术后6个月进行骨折愈合评定。用钢丝环扎辅助内固定出现骨折不愈合或迟缓愈合14例,对照组不愈合6例,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:钢丝环扎辅助内固定可能加大骨折术后不愈合或延迟愈合。Objective To approach the fracture therapeutic safe and rigidity by study the effects of fracture union with steel-wire cerclage.Methods 77 patients(male 48,female 29;age from 1.5 to 78) treated with steel-wire cerclage aided internal fixation from 2000 to 2007:fracture point at shaft of femur 26 cases,tibia 30 cases,shaft of humeral 12,ulna 6 cases and radial 3 cases.65 splintered fracture patients were internal fixated with steel plate or bone nail.12 patients were internal fixated with major spiral shape...
