呼吸机辅助通气在有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨在有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭治疗中人工气道机械通气的应用。方法:对18例有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭患者行气管插管或气管切开,接德国德尔格(Drager)公司Savina呼吸机辅助通气。结果:抢救成功13例,死亡2例,持续昏迷放弃治疗2例,植物人1例。结论:有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭患者,应及时建立人工气道并做好气道管理,正确使用呼吸机辅助通气,才能提高抢救成功率。Objective To discuss the application of mechanical ventilation by artificial airway in treatment of respiratory failure caused by organophosphorus pesticide.Methods 18 respiratory failure patients caused by organophosphorus pesticide had tracheal intubation or tracheal incision,than contacted to Savina breathing machine of Drager.Results 13 patients fully recovered,2 patients died,2 patients gave up for lasting unconsciousness,1 patient became plant man.Conclusion The respiratory failure patients caused by ...
