埃兹蛋白、细胞间黏附分子在肝细胞癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的观察肝细胞癌中Ezrin、ICAM-1的表达状况及分析其与肝细胞癌临床病理学指标之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测了正常肝组织、癌旁肝组织及肝细胞癌组织中Ezrin、ICAM-1的表达,并利用计算机图像分析系统对结果进行了分析。结果①Ezrin、ICAM-1在正常肝、癌旁肝及肝细胞癌中均有表达。②Ezrin、ICAM-1在肝细胞癌中的表达强度显著高于癌旁及正常肝组织,并与肝细胞癌的分级相关(P<0.05),有门静脉癌栓肝癌组的表达强度显著高于无门静脉癌栓肝癌组(P<0.05)。③Ezrin与ICAM-1在肝细胞癌中表达强度呈正相关(r=0.832,P=0.021,P<0.05)。结论Ezrin、ICAM-1在肝细胞癌中高表达,并与肝细胞癌的分化程度及有无门静脉癌栓密切相关,二者在肝细胞癌中的表达呈正相关。提示Ezrin可能通过调节ICAM-1表达促进肝癌的发展与转移。Objective To investigate the expression of Ezrin and ICAM-1 proteins in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC), and analyze their relation with the clinical pathology index of HCC.MethodsThe expression of Ezrin and ICAM-1 in HCC, corresponding para-carcinoma liver and normal liver tissues was examined by immunohistochemical method combining computer image analysis technique.ResultsEzrin and ICAM-1 expressed in HCC, paracarcinoma liver and normal liver tissues.The expression intensity of Ezrin and ICAM-1 was higher i...
