摘　　要：目的探讨急性二尖瓣关闭不全并发肺水肿的病因及防治对策。方法对15例急性二尖瓣关闭不全并发肺水肿病人的病因、临床特点、治疗转归及死亡原因进行分析。结果10例行二尖瓣置换术,2例内科治疗好转,3例死亡。结论急性二尖瓣关闭不全并发肺水肿病情危重,只要及时手术,解除病因,通常预后良好。objective To investigate the causes and precaution of acute mitral regurgitation(MR) with pulmonary edema.MethodsTo analyze the etiopathogenisis, clinical features, prognosis, and cause of death of 15 patients with acute mitral regurgitation.Results10 patients with MR received replacement of mitral valve.2 patients were markedly improved after treatment with drugs.However, there were 3 patients died.Conclusions Patients with acute MR accompanied with pneumonedema are very dangerous and serious.To select the...
