体育诚信建设之政府定位分析

摘　　要：诚信是体育赖以生存和发展的基础,但在比赛过程中,体育诚信缺失现象严重,损害了体育的最本质的特征——公平竞争。基于公共物品理论,从政府越位和政府缺位两个方面分析政府在体育诚信建设中的职能缺失,并对建立健全体育诚信体系提出了对策建议。Credit is the basic principle and the essence of all sports.In the development of the sports,Sports credit deficiency that is a serious phenomenon,damaged the basic spirit of sport——fair competition.On the theory of public product,governmental sources of credit deficiency are analyzed.Some advices of the Constructing Sports credit system are discussed.
