摘　　要：本文总结了我国近十年来冷拔管机技术的发展,并着重介绍了合钢自行设计研制的新型多座式预应力高刚性全液压冷拔管机的具体构造、刚度计算、特点及使用效果。工业生产的实践表明,拔机性能稳定,能满足生产大小直径及各种壁厚规格的冷拔液压、气动缸筒用管材的需要,且所生产的缸筒管质量及技术指标能达到或超过有关规定的要求,效益显著。In this paper, the author summrizes the development of cold drawn pipe rolling mill technique in Chi-na in recent decade, especially, introduces the structure, rigid calculation, characteristics and using effect of newtype prestress hydraulic cold drawn pipe mill with high rigid self-designed and self-developed by Hefei Iron & SteelCo.
