摘　　要：在高校中 IT设备所占比例在迅速增加 ,针对 IT设备高价值、高折旧、更新速度很快的特点 ,运用寿命周期费用方法 ,从需求分析、计划选型、购置、验收、运行维护、经济管理、报废等环节对其管理策略进行分析 ,提出以提高使用率、增加作为衡量高校设备管理好坏的重要标准 ,确保在新的形势下 ,高校国有资产的保值增值。The proportion of information technology equipment has increased rapidly in universities , Aiming at the characters of IT equipment, such as high value, high depreciation and updated fast, a method of service life cycle cost has been set up.
