摘　　要：搞好技术物资经营管理工作 ,必须正确对待实验室、技术物资、国有资产三者关系 ,只有协调好这三者的关系 ,才能促进高校教育事业的发展 ,培养出具有创新意识高级专业人才。In order to make a good job of technical property operation and management,we must deal with the relations among laboratory,technical property and stated-owned assets correctly. Only the relations are harmonized,the universities education undertaking can be developed,the advanced professional talents with innovation ideas can be trained.
