摘　　要：以采用二苯碳酰二阱为显色剂分光光度法测定水质中六价铬为例,分析了不确定度分量的来源及评定,确定了各不确定度分量值与灵敏度系数,给出了水质中六价铬测定的扩展不确定度.Using the determination of Chromium (VI) in water sample by Diphenylcarbohydrazide spectrphotometric method as example, the sources of uncertainty components was analyzed, and individual uncertainty value and sensitivity were evaluated, last the expanded uncertainty of the expanded uncertainty of the determination of Chromium (VI) in water was given.
