摘　　要：利用 X射线底片扫描成像法得到铝合金焊缝图像 ,再通过图像处理方法即可得到焊接缺陷二值图象 .本文在此基础上采用模式识别的方法进行了焊接缺陷分类工作 .针对铝合金焊接缺陷的特点 ,本文选择要提取的缺陷特征 ,设计焊接缺陷分类器的分类规则 ,并建立基于势函数法的训练机制 。Processing the aluminum weld image from the scanning of the X ray negative can derive the binary image of the weld defects. This paper presents a weld defects recognizer using pattern recognizing method to recognize the defects from the binary image. The character of the aluminum weld defects is induced, and the classification rules of the weld defects recognizer are designed. Based on the electrometric function method, a training mechanism is implemented.
