金氏真蛇尾(Ophiura kinbergi)蛇尾皂甙的制备及特性研究

摘　　要：采用甲醇提取法对分布在黄海海域的金氏真蛇尾的皂甙进行了提取制备及特性初步研究。结果表明金氏真蛇尾的皂甙产率为 0 115 4 %,通过理化性质实验、溶血实验、紫外光谱和红外光谱分析鉴定 ,证明提取物为蛇尾皂甙 ,由金氏真蛇尾提取的皂甙熔点为 2 4 4℃～ 2 60℃。Ophiurasaponin from Ophiura kinbergi at the coast of Yantai in Huanghai was prepared by extraction with methanol and was identified primarily, the yield was 0.1154 g from 100 g dry material. Data of the physical and chemical test,hemolytic test,ultraviolet absorption spectrum and infrared absorption spectrum showed that the extract was ophiurasaponin.The ophiurasaponin's melting point oranged from 244℃to 260℃.
