摘　　要：现代企业在激烈的竞争下要在市场中保持竞争力 ,企业的业务过程就要不断地适应外界的变化 ,这就是业务过程持续改善 (BPCI)的内涵 .企业要实现业务过程的持续改善离不了信息技术的支持 ,本文主要介绍支持企业进行业务持续改善的模型方法 (ARIS)、基于模型和构件的软件开发方法以及 Microsoft DNA体系结构 .文中的建模方法的有效性和实用性在国家“九五”To keep indefectible in the competitive market, modern enterprises must change its' business process to adapt to the change of the outside. It is just what's the meaning of BPCI. Enterprises can not implement BPCI without IT's support.
