摘　　要：以紫斑百全的鳞片作外植体 ,在MS + 6BA 1mg·L-1+NAA 0 .2～ 0 .5mg·L-1培养基上分化成苗 ,在MS + 6BA 1mg·L-1+NAA 0 .1～ 0 .2mg·L-1培养基上增殖 ,增殖率可达 4～ 5 .无根苗在MS + 1BA1mg·L-1培养基上迅速长根 ,生根率很高 .The explants which are obtained from the cataphylla of Lilium nepalense D.Don can directly grow the shoots by differentiation on the MS+6BA 1?mg/L+NAA 0.2-0.5?mg/L culture medium.On another culture medium,the MS+6BA 1?mg/L+NAA 0.1-0.2?mg/L medium,they can propagate quickly and the multiplication rate will reach 4-5.Meanwhile, the differential shoots will grow roots promptly on the MS+IBA 1?mg/L medium.As anticipated,the radicant rate can reach a high level.
