摘　　要：农村饮水工程是农业和农村经济发展的重要物质基础 ,坚持不懈地推进农村饮水基础设施建设步伐 ,是振兴吕梁区域经济、脱贫致富的首要战略抉择。深化农村饮水工程产权制度改革 。In this paper,the necessity of reforming the property right system of rural drinking projects is illustrated firstly,then the progress of reforming of the property right system of rural drinking projects in Luliang Prefecture and the changes caused by it are summarized,finally,the proposal of strengthening management further is given to ensure the health development of the rural drinking cause.
