摘　　要：本文阐述了老水电厂采用先进技术结合设备更新进行增容改造的方法及增容改造的成果，其改造具有投入少、产出大的特点，为提高水电厂整体技术水平、运行管理水平和发展生产力等发挥了积极作用，是扩大企业内涵，提高生产力的重要途径。The achievement of up-grading and rehabilitation in an old hydropower station was introduced in combination with renewed equipment using advantage technology.The main features are less investment and high output.It can play an important role in improving technology and management operation,and this method is a main way to raise the productive power.
