摘　　要：近十多年来,先进的铸造工艺,例如镁合金压铸、触变压铸得到广泛的应用。这些都对铸造模拟技术提出了新的 要求。为了适应这些变化,MAGMA模拟软件中增加了新的物理模块和数据库,模拟更加方便和准确。本文概要介绍MAG- MA模拟软件在镁合金压铸,触变铸造和铸件应力、变形方面的应用数例。Some advanced casting processes, such as high pressure die magnesium casting and thixocasting, have been widely applied up to recent 10 years. In order to meet the requirements for foundry simulation techlonogy, some new physical modules and database have been added to MAGMA soft, which enable its use more accurate and more convenient. The authors outlines some applications of MAGMAsoft to high pressure die magnesium casting, thixocasting, casting stress and deformation in this paper.
