续断属花粉形态研究

摘　　要：目的 :对我国续断属植物花粉形态进行研究。方法 :用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察 1 7种 2变种花粉。结果 :续断属花粉的形态为近球形 ,萌发孔为三沟型 ,外壁纹饰可细分为二型刺状 网状、二型刺状 穴纹和二型刺状 皱波或较平滑 3种类型。结论 :续断属为一自然分类群 ,花粉粒的细微差异对种的划分有一定意义。Objective:To study the pollen morphology of Dipsacus L.produced in China.Method: Examining the pollen morphology of 17 species and 2 varieties of Dipsacus L.with light microscope and scanning electron microscope.Result:The shape of pollen grains is spheroidal and the aperture is tricolpate.The ornamentation of exine may be divided into 3 types:dispinulate-reticulate,dispinulate-foveolate,dispinulate-rugulate or nearly smooth.Conclusion:Dipsacus is a natural class group,and the slight difference of its poll...
