摘　　要：将灌服桂枝汤后大鼠血清灭活 ,观察灭活前后血清对HSV 1致CPE的作用。结论是在以给药后的动物血清进行体外试验时 ,①要设正常动物血清对照 ,以观察正常动物血清本身的作用 ,②采用灭活后的含药血清为好 ,以去除血清中抗体与补体。③可根据中药复方的特点 ,以相当于临床等效剂量为中心 ,多设几个剂量组 ,以便正确判断含药血清的真正药效。The drug-containing sera from the rats with oral admin istration of Guizhi-Tang were inactivated.The effects of the sera with or witho ut inactivation were investigated on HSV-1-induced CPE action.The result showe d that the following measures should be taken when the sera of animals post-adm inistration of Chinese medicine were used in an in vitro study:(1)A serum contro l should be set to establish the effect of serum itself on the study system.(2)I t could be better to use inactivated drug-containing ser...
