中药复方血清药理研究方法学探讨——Ⅳ

摘　　要：家兔灌胃桂枝汤 ,1日 1次 ,连续 3d给药以及 1日 2次 ,连续 3d给药 ,末次给药后 0 5～ 9h采血 ,分离血清 ,观察各含药血清对病毒致细胞病变作用的影响。结果 :上述各方法制备的含药血清抗副流感病毒致CPE作用所表现出的有效时间点分别为 :无明显有效时间点、4～ 5h、2h、5～ 7h、1～ 6h,1日 2次给药 3d及 1日 3次给药后采集的含药血清可引起培养细胞明显的退行性改变。Rabbits were dosed with Guizhi Tang once,twice and thre e times a day for one,two and three days,respectively.The rabbit blood was sampl ed after 0\^5 to 9 hours of last dosing and serum was separated.Inhibitory effec t of the contained-herb serum on cytopathy was observed.Compared with normal se rum,the contained-herb serum of single dosing showed no inhibitory effect on cy topathy.The serum sampled from the 4th to 5th hour when dosing once a day for tw o day and that at the 2nd hour when dosing once a day...
