摘　　要：模具寿命是直接影响产品质量、加工效率和成本的重要因素之一，也是衡量模具制造水平的重要指标。本文以翔实的材料描述了提高模具寿命的重要途径，即：模具的合理设计、模具材料的合理选用、正确运用热处理技术、模具的精加工和模具的正确使用等。Die of life is the of the main factors which directly affect the product quality.Machining efficiency and cost,also it is key requirement for evaluating the die workmanship.This article describes methods with detail information for prolonging the life of die,i.e,rational design,rational selection of die materials,correct use of heat treatment technology,precision machining of die and correct use of die.
