摘　　要：连铸自动浇钢系统是高效连铸的关键，而塞棒自动控制是实现液面稳定、自动浇钢的唯一途径。石钢自行设计的液面检测和控制系统通过伺服电机自动控制塞棒高低，进而实现了“无人”浇钢。The automatic steel-pouring system is the key of high-efficiency con-casting, while automatic stopper control is the only way to realize steady steel-liquid surface and automatic steel-pouring. The height of stopper can be controlled automatically with servo motor by the liquid surface testing and controlling system designed be ourselves and 'unmanned' steel-pouring realized.
