羟乙基淀粉和血定安对血凝图的影响

摘　　要：目的　评价羟乙基淀粉和血定安对机体血凝图和血液动力学的影响。方法　 60例择期手术病人 ,ASAⅠ -Ⅲ级 ,随机分为羟乙基淀粉组 (HES) ,血定安组 (GEL) ,复方氯化钠液组 (R)为对照组 ,每组各 2 0例。以 2 0ml/kg/h的速率分别由静脉输入HES ,GEL ,R液 60min。采集输液前和输液后静脉血样立即送代化验室检测 :凝血酶原时间 (PT) ,活化部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT) ,纤维蛋白原 (FIB)。结果　输入 2 0ml/kg/h的HES和GEL后Bp、P、HR相对平稳 ,DBP的上升和HR的下降与R组的差异有显著意义。输入HES和GEL后PT有所延长但组间比较无显著差异 。Objective: Appraises the hydroxythyl starch and Gelofusion(Succinglated gelation). An congeals the influnce of picture coagulation and blood dyncamics to organism. Methods: The surgical operation patients is scheduled for selective surgery, ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ grage,randomly being divedid into hydroxythyl stach(HES) group,the Gelofusine (GEL) group,and the compound sodium chloride liquid (R) group in for the controst group. Per set of various 20 examples. With the speed of 20ml/kg/h respectively by intravenous infusion HES,GER,R liquid 60min.Garthering before the infusion with the vein blood sample after the infusion to send immediately takes the place of the laboratory to test,to prothrombin time (PT),activated partial thromboplastio time (APTT) and fibrinogen (FIB). Results: Bp,P and HR are smooth and steady relatively behind the HES and GEL of input 20min/kg/h. The difference of the desccnt of moving upword of DBP and HR and group has the notable mearing. Importing the back PT of HES and GEL lengthens but compares the notable differency of nothing between the group to same extent.Around the art phase insid blood congeals three changes in the normality physiology scope.
