Bring the role of editorial committee into full play to produce high quality journals

摘　　要：针对实施“精品”战略问题，提出发挥编委会作用办“品牌”科技期刊。基于高校学报编委的特点，分析了编委会在保证稿源、学术把关、培养编辑和扩大学报影响等方面的重要作用；认为目前高校学报要发挥编委会作用，需适时调整编委会，建立工作制度，并制定相应的政策。According to the strategy of turning out 'fine works' and the characteristics of institutions of higher leaning, the editorial committee of the journals of colleges and universities can make full use of the advantages of colleges and universities to run prestigious journals. Their advantages consist of 1) guaranteeing the supply of contributions, 2) maintaining high quality of the academic papers, 3) training qualified editors, and 4) expanding the circulation and influence of the journals. However, in order to bring the role of editorial committee into full play, it is necessary to readjust the committee in due time and set up a working system and corresponding policies.
