摘  要:透气性指数是反映密闭鼓风炉生产状况的重要参数。准确预测密闭鼓风炉的透气性,对于提高密闭鼓风炉的产量具有重要意义。本文采用灰色系统理论进行建模,克服了现场检测数据少的困难和神经网络收敛速度慢的缺点,建立了密闭鼓风炉的透气性预报模型。并对密闭鼓风炉的实测数据列进行了仿真,仿真结果与实际值接近,这表明模型具有一定的精度,该方法是切实可行并有效的,对现场技术人员调节炉况有重要参考价值。The permeability index is a very important parameter of the Imperial Smelting Furnace(ISF) ,which reflects the production status of the furnace. The accurate prediction of the permeability in the Imperial Smelting Furnace is meaningful for increasing the output of ISF. In this Paper, the grey system theory is introduced. With the help of this theory, a predicting permeability model of ISF is established, which based on grey theory has overcame the difficulty for the lack of data and the disadvantage of the neural network抯 slow collecting speed. According to this model, the practical data of ISF are simulated and the simulating result is close to actual data. It proves the model has some degree of accuracy. This method is practical, effective and has important referenced value for technician to adjust the status of the furnace.
