摘　　要：本文在探讨体育教学过程中的有效合作时，阐明了教师与学生之间的关系是主体对主体的关系，这是处理好体育教师的主导作用与学生的主体地位关系的保证。It is suggested in this article that there exists a subject - subject relationship between teachers and students in the effective cooperation in PE teaching. To greatly improve teaching quality, it is quite necessary to properly manipulate the relationship between teachers' leading role and students' principle part in the course of PE teaching.
