摘 要:综述了合金元素、环境气氛、相变。Effects of alloying,environment,phase-transformation and coatings on the oxidation behavior of titanium alloys are reviewed in this paper.Results showed that Si,Nb,Mo W and Al could improve the oxidation resistance of titanium alloys,while Cu,Cr,V and Mn are detrimenteal.Titanium alloys may react with oxygen to form less-protective oxides scale (generally rutile TiO 2) when they are exposed to oxidizing environments.In the meanwhile,oxygen dissolves into the alloy substrate to form a hardened,oxygen rich layer or so called 'alpha-case' (oxygen embrittlement),which may in turn degrade the mechanical properties of the alloys.And CO 2 can accelerate their oxidation by self-catalysis.However,Nitrogen may bring beneficial effect on oxidation behavior of Ti-alloys through replacing partly the oxygen at the interface of oxide scale/substrate.Many studies indicated enhanced oxidation resistance of titanium alloys by high temperature coating is a prerequisite for its application.And enamel coating may be one of the best choice among these coatings.
