摘  要:根据国内热水器不锈钢内胆孔蚀多发地区水质分析报告 ,研究了自来水的稳定性、Cl-、NaClO含量以及温度对不锈钢孔蚀趋势的影响 ,并从不锈钢内胆材质以及加工工艺分析了孔蚀集中发生在焊缝附近的原因 .实验证明热水器不锈钢内胆孔蚀是不锈钢成分和组织结构与特殊腐蚀介质。A study on the influence of tap water stability,the Cl - and NaClO concentration,and temperature on pitting corrosion tendency of stainless steel was carried out with tap waters from several cities,where corrosion induced perforation of stainless steel water heaters was reported.Based on the perforation nearby the weldmenfs of the water tank and the experimental results,it follows that the pitting corrosion of stainless steel tank was induced by synergetic effect of many factors including the chemical composition and microstructure of the stainless steel, corrosive mediums and temperature.
