摘  要:研究开发出一种镀Zn层金黄色钝化工艺 .在含铬酸酐的溶液中进行一次钝化 ,在空气中成膜 ,然后在含有重铬酸钾和硫酸的溶液中进行二次钝化 ,获得表观状态和耐磨损性均良好的钝化膜 .另外探讨了钝化膜的形成机制及一次钝化液的调整和维护 .The technology for golden-yellowish passivation of zinc coating was studied. The firststep of the passivation was carried out in a chromate solution, then a primary film was formed in the air. The second step was processed in a solution of potassium dichromate and sulfuric acid. Thereafter the final passivation film was obtained,which possessed golden-yellowish apparence and good quality against abrasion.In addition,the formation mechanism of passivation film,the adjustment and maintenance of passivation solution were also discussed.
