摘  要:电沉积Ni-S合金作为碱液电解阴极材料 ,具有很高的析氢反应活性 ,能够降低析氢反应的过电位 .基于文献调研并结合作者的工作 ,归纳了Ni-S合金的制备、晶体结构。The hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) over-voltage on Ni-S eletrodepositing coating is low in alkaline medium.The present paper summarizes the progress in study on electro deposition technique,crystal structure,HER activation,and HER mechanism of Ni-S alloy coating.In general,Ni-S deposit can be obtained by electro deposition from thiosulfate bath and watts bath containing sulfur sources such as KSCN?NaSCN?thiourea and sodium dithionite.Thiosulfate bath consists of sulfate solution and chloride solution,by which coatings with higher S content upto 70at% can be obtained. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that Ni-S layers are originally amorphous or microcrystalline, but it experiences crystallization after certain heat treatment. HER overvoltage is related to S content. It is the reason that it forms amorphous structure that promotes the absorption of hydrogen on the surface of electrode and changes HER course and it increases surface area of electrode that lower HER overvoltage.
