摘　　要：本文提出的森林可持续经营标准与指标是在“温带和北方森林可持续经营标准与指标”及“中国森林可持续经营标准与指标”的基础上 ,根据张掖地区实际情况 ,遵循统一、适用、可操作原则制定的。该标准包括生物多样性、森林生态系统生产力的维持、森林生态系统健康与活力维持、水土保持、森林对全球碳循环贡献的保持、森林长期多种社会经济效益的保持和加强、法律及政策、信息及技术支持八个方面 ,共 83个指标。The criteria and indicators for SFM in Zhangye were formulated by Gansu sub-project of UNDP CPR/96/109A Capacity Building,Research and Extension for Sustainable Forest Management (SFM),according to the criteria and indicators for the conservation and sustainable management of temperate and northern forest and those for SFM of China. The principles of unity,applicability and operability should be followed,and the natural conditions and development of society economy should be considered. The criteria in Zhangye include eight parts: biological diversity,maintenance of productive capacity of forest ecosystems,maintenance of forest ecosystem health and vitality,conservation of soil and water resources,maintenance of forest contribution to global carbon cycles,maintenance and enhancement of long-term multiple social economy benefit to meet the need of society,law and policy, supporting systems of information and techniques. There are 83 indicators in total.
