摘　　要：农业现代化与城市发展有着必然联系，后者的发展为前者的进步注入了活力，但同时亦在一定程度上给农业发展带来影响。唯有采取合适的对策措施、进行综合协调，才能把不利影响控制在环境可承受的范围内。A necessary relationship between agricultural modemization and development of towm can be found in Shanghai. The development of the town will promote the agricuhural modernization, but it will bring some problems for the urban a- griculture and environment. So some relative measures include comprehensive harmonization are developed to control the harmful effect on the environment in certain degree.
