普通高校“体教结合”提高大学生运动员质量的对策研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料和访问调查法 ,从普通高校高水平业余训练现状分析出发 ,对高水平大学生运动人才的培养目标、运动人才纵向衔接 ,以及相应的大学生专业文化学习管理制度等问题 ,进行探讨。据此提出了有效实施“体教结合” ,提高大学生运动员质量的对策。By literature visits and investigation and in the light of the status quo of high-level amateur training in general colleges and universities, the author discusses the training target of high-level student sports athletes, the longitudinal link of sports talents, and the correspondent regulations in management of college students' study of their majors. Besides this, the countermeasures of carrying out 'sports with education' effectively are provided in order to improve the quality of student athletes.
