摘　　要：PCCP具有制作机械化程度高、现场施工便捷、接头密封性好、挠曲度大、可承受高内水压和高外压、抗震、无电蚀、使用寿命长等特点 ,是世界上公认的最有效的非金属压力管材。因而在欧美、日本等一些发达国家和地区已广泛应用。大口径PCCP在国内还是第一次应用 ,特别是在上海地区的软土地层中应用更无先例 ,通过在污水治理二期 2 .4标工程中试用获得成功 ,取得了第一手资料 ,积累了一些数据 ,为该工艺的进一步推广创造了条件。PCCP, featuring in highly mechanical fabrication, easy site installation, excellent joint sealing, great flexibility, high durability to high internal water pressure and external pressure, seismic shocking and corrosion, a long service life, etc., is a most efficient non metal pipe acknowledged all over the world, and has now found extensive application in some advanced countries and regions, such as in European countries, the U.S., and Japan. It is the first time for the use of large diameter PCCP in China, especially in the soft ground area like Shanghai. Its trial use in Shanghai Sewerage Project(P.Ⅱ), Contract 2.4 was a great success, generating some first hand information and data for further popularization thereof.
